Due to an internal promotion, we are excited to be looking for a new 2IC at our Chirnside Park service. In this role you will be supporting our Service Manager in a floating leadership position, helping to guide and elevate the service.

We are looking for a 2IC that is passionate, innovative and collaborative and is confident is challenging the status quo, contributing to meaningful change, and working seamlessly alongside our team to ensure the service is the best it can be.
