Service Leadership Team

Story House services have a Service Leadership Team (SLT) which is a distributed leadership model. We believe that this model enhances our services, offers career progression, and cultivates a skilled educator base, ensuring quality outcomes for children and families.

Within the SLT, the Service Manager remains the senior figure with ultimate responsibility for quality and operational outcomes, necessitating strong team support. Empowered to lead within their own service community, the SLT aims to guide and improve early childhood practice continuously.
