Traineeship Opportunities
Start your early learning journey with Story House through our GenerationU traineeship program. Whether you're finishing school or switching careers, we offer the perfect mix of paid learning, mentorship, and real-world experience. All in a supportive, empowering environment.
Still in high school? Our school-based traineeships let you earn while you learn, working alongside experienced educators while completing your Certificate III. It's never too early to shape your future in early childhood education.

Service Leadership Team
Story House services have a Service Leadership Team (SLT) which is a distributed leadership model. We believe that this model enhances our services, offers career progression, and cultivates a skilled educator base, ensuring quality outcomes for children and families.
Within the SLT, the Service Manager remains the senior figure with ultimate responsibility for quality and operational outcomes, necessitating strong team support. Empowered to lead within their own service community, the SLT aims to guide and improve early childhood practice continuously.
