You're not just a Manager – you're a Story House-er.
This isn’t your average leadership role. It’s a high impact role in the early learning sector, where every day brings purpose, connection, and the opportunity to shape the future. As a Business Operations Manager, you’ll report directly to the State Manager and take the lead on commercial strategy and operational excellence across a small group of services. This role involves travel between services across the Melbourne region, with occasional interstate visits, so bring your organisational skills and sense of adventure.
What makes this role stand out? We keep things intentionally small scale, so you can dive deep into each service, build meaningful relationships with your Service Managers, and make a real difference on the ground.
