As an Early Childhood Educational Leader, you know the early years lay the foundation for lifelong learning and this is your opportunity to shape that foundation from day one.

Our brand-new Eltham North service is opening this July, and we’re seeking a Diploma-qualified (minimum) Educational Leader to step into a dedicated float leadership role across our seven rooms.

You won’t be doing this alone. You’ll be supported through our structured Educational Leader Program, work within our own STRONG Beginnings Curriculum, and collaborate closely with a dedicated Pedagogical Practice Partner to embed exceeding themes and drive quality practice.
