Join Our Team as a Pedagogical Practice Partner – Queensland
Are you an experienced early childhood education professional with a passion for supporting high-quality teaching and learning? At Story House Early Learning, we’re committed to building strong educational foundations and investing in our educators because when they grow, children thrive.
About the Role
As a Pedagogical Practice Partner, you’ll work closely with Educational Leaders and Service Managers across Queensland to strengthen educational practice, embed our curriculum, and coach teams to deliver meaningful, child-led learning experiences.
This is a mobile role, so you’ll need to travel between services across Queensland. A valid driver’s licence and access to a car are essential.

Aligning the Strong Beginnings Curriculum – Our evidence-based curriculum, based on inquiry-based learning throughout the learning program.
- Supporting Growth - Develop and deliver professional development for various roles throughout your portfolio.
You’ll play a key role in embedding these programs, supporting reflective practice, and ensuring learning environments reflect our commitment to quality and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities

Provide pedagogical leadership across a portfolio of Queensland services.

Coach and mentor Educational Leaders and teams to build confidence and consistency in educational delivery.

Support the implementation and ongoing development of Story House’s curriculum and frameworks.

Partner with Business Operations Managers to align educational goals with service delivery.

What You’ll Need
-
A Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent), or Diploma of Children Services with extensive experience and knowledge in the delivery of excellence practice in early childhood curriculum.

Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience in early childhood settings.

A strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and evidence-based practices.

Willingness to travel across Queensland.
