That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a Policy Coordinator to join us on a 6-month fixed term contract, supporting a large-scale review and uplift of our policies across the business. This isn’t just a documentation exercise, it’s about ensuring what we say, and what we do, truly align.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll take ownership of reviewing a high volume of policies across our network, ensuring they:

• Align with current legislation, regulations and sector standards
• Reflect best practice in early childhood education and care
• Are clear, practical and usable for our teams on the ground
• Support a strong culture of safety, compliance and quality

You’ll work closely with key stakeholders to update, refine and embed policies that genuinely support our services.

What you bring

• Childcare / early learning experience, you understand the sector and what good looks like
• Strong knowledge of policies, compliance and regulatory frameworks
• Exceptional attention to detail, you notice what others miss
• The ability to manage high volume work without losing quality
• A structured, organised approach with a genuine sense of ownership
• You’re someone who takes pride in getting things right not just ticking a box, but creating something that stands up in practice.
