Our 2ICs provide true support to our Service Managers and team members. They are a key member of our Service Leadership Team alongside our Service Manager and Educational Leader.

Our 2ICs are encouraged to challenge that status quo, effectively assist in implementing change and work seamlessly beside their service team and the wider Story House community to ensure the best outcomes for educators and children.

Dress code at Story House leans towards smart casual, offering a departure from the traditional button-up shirt work environment.
