We’re a close-knit Talent Acquisition team, reporting to our Head of Talent Acquisition. We are a culturally diverse team with great banter and even better food. We catch up regularly over morning tea (everyone brings a plate!), go out for lunch to celebrate birthdays, and support each other through the fast pace of recruitment life.

As brand ambassadors, you’ll often find us filming a TikTok or sharing our story online, so don’t be surprised if you're roped in for a cameo. And in case you hadn’t guessed, P&C are the culture champions around here.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:
  • Owning your own portfolio of early learning services and acting as a trusted recruitment partner to our Service Managers. Working closely to understand their workforce needs and plan proactively.

  • Picking up the phone and calling candidates to screen for suitability, values alignment, and long-term potential.

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process: advertising, coordinating interviews, reference checks, compliance, negotiating offers and onboarding.

  • Bringing our EVP to life in every conversation, helping candidates understand what makes Story House a great place to grow.

  • Using our ATS (PageUp experience = big tick!) to drive process, accuracy, and efficiency.
