📍 Based in Cannon Hill | 🏡 Hybrid – 2 days WFH | 🕒 Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm

We're looking for a Family Experience Partner with experience in the Early Childhood Education and Care sector who understands the enrolment journey, Child Care Subsidy (CCS) and the importance of creating exceptional experiences for families from their very first enquiry.
This is a full time position, reporting to our Head of Family Experience, you'll support families and services across QLD, NSW and VIC, managing the end-to-end enrolment experience while partnering closely with Service Managers to ensure every family feels informed, supported and excited to join Story House.

Whether it's a family with questions about enrolment, CCS or fees, or a Service Manager needing support, we believe relationships are built by picking up the phone. Emails have their place, but meaningful conversations create lasting connections.
👥 You’ll manage your own portfolio.
You'll build genuine partnerships with Service Managers, becoming their trusted enrolment expert and understanding the unique needs of each service and community.
You'll also guide families through one of the biggest decisions they'll make, helping them navigate everything from enquiries and tours to enrolment and funding.
Your days will include:
- Keeping systems running smoothly across Lineleader, XAP, PRODA and more.
- Talking with families and services every day by phone, not just email
- Supporting services and families through complex queries, payment breakdowns and funding claims.
- Monitoring enrolments, analysing feedback and helping services lift occupancy and family satisfaction.
- Collaborating on initiatives that make the onboarding journey a positive one from first click to first day.
- Championing continuous improvement, from workflow design to stakeholder engagement.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Have experience working in the Early Childhood and Care Sector.Â
- Are a whiz with systems and spreadsheets, and love pulling insights from data
- Have a calm, solutions-focused approach to customer service
- Know your way around CCS, ACCS, ISS and Kindy funding (or can learn quickly)
- Are confident juggling admin, reporting, and relationship-building
- Have experience in the early learning sector
- Passionate about making a difference

Please note: This role is best suited to candidates with previous experience in an Early Childhood Education and Care administration, enrolments or centre support role. Experience with CCS and childcare management systems will be highly regarded.
