What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven leadership experience in early childhood education.
  • A natural ability to lead, mentor, and inspire Educators to achieve excellence.
  • In-depth knowledge of play-based emergent curriculums and relevant guidelines.
  • A passion for innovation and thinking outside the box when it comes to community engagement and programming.
  • A commitment to creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment for children and staff alike.
  • Strong understanding of the NQF, EYLF, and QLD Kindergarten Guidelines.
  • Excellent knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements to ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and care are maintained.
